The National Adoption Recruitment Steering Group

The National Adoption Recruitment Steering Group, chaired by Mark Owers, is made up of representatives from regional adoption agencies and voluntary adoption agencies together with the Consortium of Voluntary Adoption Agencies (CVAA), Adoption UK and CoramBAAF, with representation from Home For Good and My Adoption Family. This is a new approach in developing and delivering a national recruitment strategy to meet the needs of children with a plan for adoption. A three-year recruitment strategy has been developed and a copy can be made available on request.

#YouCanAdopt is a nationwide adopter recruitment campaign which aims to raise awareness of adoption and bust myths around who is eligible.
